Nope! Hair and makeup is optional. Most clients choose to book it because it takes the stress off the morning of your shoot and makes you feel like a glowing goddess when you walk onto set—but it’s 100% your choice.

You do not need confidence to book a boudoir session—confidence is often the result of the experience. Most women walk in nervous and walk out in absolute awe of themselves. I coach you through every pose, every movement, every breath. You just have to show up. I’ll handle the rest.

Hydrate, stretch, and get good sleep the night before.
Physically: Come with an open mind, trust the process, trust me, and let yourself play. Bring items that make you feel powerful—lingerie, oversized sweaters, jewelry, boots, anything that screams you.
And most importantly? Show up ready to take up space. That’s when the magic happens.
