Booking & Payments

  • A signed contract and payment are required to reserve any session date.

  • Session fees and retainers are non-refundable.

  • Product purchases, collections, and payment plans are subject to the terms outlined in your client agreement.

Intellectual Property

All images created by DevRenee Portraits are protected by copyright law.

  • DevRenee Portraits retains full copyright of all images.

  • Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased images.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client Conduct

Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. DevRenee Portraits reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

Limitation of Liability

DevRenee Portraits is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, equipment failure, or third-party service disruptions. In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
